About Greenhouse Apartments

Located adjacent to Omaha's Gene Leahy Mall and Heartland of America Park, the Nash Block retains one of two identical warehouses built for one of Omaha's wealthy elite, Catherine B. Nash.

Leveraging Historic Tax Credits the Omaha Landmark was converted for residential use while retaining the original historic facades and post-and-beam timber construction.
